Executive Assistant to CEO

The Executive Assistant (EA) to the CEO will provide high-level administrative and operational support to the CEO, ensuring the smooth functioning of the organisation’s leadership activities. This role requires a highly organised, proactive, and spiritually mature individual who can manage schedules, communications, and administrative tasks with excellence, confidentiality, and efficiency.

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will oversee the financial actions and legal governance of GEM UK. They will carry this out by providing the proper financial and operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and people systems in place to effectively grow the organisation and to ensure strength and operating efficiency.

Director of Human Resources (HR)

The Director of Human Resources (HR) is responsible for organising proper operational controls. This includes administrative and reporting policies, procedures, processes and people systems being put in place to effectively grow the organisation and to ensure strength and operating efficiency.
